Campaign details
NINJA WiFi coupon code will be provided to customers who purchase tickets on ANA operated flights from Hong Kong to Japan through ANA Hong Kong website, and apply for the campaign through this website during the campaign period. Coupon code will be used in NINJA WiFi and eligible customer will enjoy free rental fee for NINJA WiFi Router in Japan for three days.

- If eligible customers rent WiFi Router for more than three days, 900JPY for the NINJA WiFi rental fee and 300JPY for the compensation plan will be applied each day on customers own expense.
- One reservation code is entitled for one campaign application.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Condition of Coupon Code in “ANA Airline Ticket - NINJA WiFi Collaboration Campaign”
- This campaign is limited to the trip to Japan. (The WiFi router is exclusively for the use in Japan.)
- One WiFi router is rented free of charge to the travelling customer with one booking number and for one time only.
- Even if a group of customers make reservation together, only one router is rented with one booking number and for one time.
- The free rental includes the rental fee of the WiFi router device and the warranty package only.
- If the customer applies to rent beyond the campaign days, the rental fee, warranty package fee and optional service fee for the extended days will be charged to the customer.
- Fees for the extended days will be charged as described in the NINJA WiFi website. (http://ninjawifi.com/)
- The WiFi routers are limited in availability. We accept no liability if the customerʼs application is not accepted due to the unavailability evenduring the campaign duration.
- The WiFi routers should be picked up and returned to exclusively at the place and by the method as described in NINJA WiFi website.(http://ninjawifi.com/)
- If the customer applies without entering the campaign coupon number, the rental fee and optional service fee will be fully charged to thecustomer.
- This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaign.
Article 1. (Purpose of These Terms, Conditions of Issuing of Coupon Code)

1-1. These “Terms and Condition of Coupon Code in ANA Airline Ticket - NINJA WiFi Collaboration Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) are stated as terms and conditions for issuing and using of coupon-code about using “NINJA WiFi”service.
The coupon-code is issued to users who purchase airline-ticket through the WEB site of “ANA Website”, which is operated by All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. and ANA Sales Co., Ltd.
Therefore, the service about issuing the coupon-code to the users is defined as “Service”and coupon-code issued through the Service is defined as “Coupon-Code”.

1-2. AdAsia Holdings PTE LTD (hereinafter referred to as “AdAsia”) is entrusted both with practicing of the “ANA Airline Ticket - NINJA WiFi Collaboration Campaign” and with issuing the Coupon-Code from All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ANA”).

1-3. AdAsia issues the Coupon-Code for “NINJA WiFi” to only purchaser of the airline-ticket which is subject to issuing the Coupon-Code (hereinafter the airline-ticket is referred to as “Designated-Ticket” and the purchaser of the Designated-Ticket is referred to as “User”).

Article 2. (Scope of Application of These Terms and Other Conditions)

2-1. These Terms are applied to any relationship between User and AdAsia relates to issuing and using Coupon-Code that is provided through the “ANA Airline Ticket - NINJA WiFi Collaboration Campaign”.

2-2. User shall observe every terms, guidelines, etc. of ANA when he/she purchases Designated-Ticket through the WEB site of “ANA Website”. Therefore, the provisions of the terms, etc. of ANA are applied to purchasing, changing, to canceling, etc. of the Designated-Ticket.

2-3. User shall observe every terms, guidelines, etc. of Vision Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Vision”) that operates and provides service of “NINJA WiFi” (hereinafter referred to as “NINJA WiFi”) when he/she subscribes and uses NINJA WiFi”. Therefore, the provisions of the terms, etc. of Vision are applied to subscribing, using, changing, canceling, etc. of NINJA WiFi.

2-4. Every terms and conditions relates to issuing and/or using the Coupon-Code which are offered by ANA and/or Vision are applied to issuing and/or using the Coupon-Code in addition to These Terms. If difference between the conditions of ANA and/or Vision and These Terms, the conditions of ANA and Vision shall be applied in preference to conditions of These Terms.

Article 3. (Issuing of the Coupon-Code)

3-1. AdAsia sends URL of application form of the Coupon-Code to User who purchases the Designated-Ticket. Application for issuing the Coupon-Code concludes both by User’s inputting his/her name, address, reservation number of the airline-ticket and other necessary information to the application form and by clicking “SEND” button.

3-2. AdAsia deems that User acknowledges and agrees with all articles and provisions of These Terms at the time of the completion of the application of previous section.

3-3. In the case where AdAsia accepts User's application and issues the Coupon-Code to him/her, AdAsia issues the Coupon-Code both by sending E-mail with the Coupon-Code at his/her E-mail address which he/she specifies at the application and by posting on a WEB page which AdAsia specifies.

3-4. In the case where User changes a setting of program related to E-mail address that he/she specified at the time of application to block junk mails, he/she shall change the setting to permit reception of E-mail from AdAsia. Therefore, if the User is not able to receive the Coupon-Code because he/she does not change the setting, AdAsia accepts no liability for his/her damages caused by the breach.

3-5. Providing of the Service by AdAsia concludes at the time of issuing the Coupon-Code.

Article 4. (Use of the Coupon-Code, Precautionary Statement)

4-1. User shall take self-responsibility for his/her subscribing of NINJA WiFi.

4-2. User shall both visit WEB site of NINJA WiFi and subscribe the service within a time frame that AdAsia set. Unused Coupon-Code expires after the elapse of the time frame.

4-3. User enters the Coupon-Code when he/she subscribes NIJA WiFi.

4-4. In the case where User subscribes NINJA WiFi without inputting the Coupon-Code or where he/she does not use the Coupon-Code within the time frame, AdAsia accept no liability for his/her non-use of the Coupon-Code.

4-5. User shall maintain the Coupon-Code closely.

4-6. The Coupon-Code shall be used by the User who applies for issuing the Coupon-Code only. User must not transfer, lend, etc. his/her Coupon-Code to third party. Therefore, User must not input name, address, etc. of third party at the time of subscribing NINJA WiFi.

4-7. AdAsia does not comply with any User’s demand of returning, cashing, etc. of the Coupon-Code.

4-8. Adasia assumes no obligation to reissue the Coupon-Code to the User even where he/she loses or forgets the Coupon-Code.

Article 5. (Cancel of Coupon-Code)

5-1. In the case where AdAsia judges that User falls under the following, AdAsia is able to cancel his/her Coupon-Code without any notice.
(1) In the case where User cancels a purchase of Designated-Ticket;
(2) In the case where the fact that User does not meet the conditions necessary for issuing the Coupon-Code proves;
(3) In the case where service contract of NINJA WiFi that User uses the Coupon-Code is canceled;
(4) In the case where the fact that User is shorn of his/her “ANA Mileage Club Membership” after the purchase of the Designated-Ticket proves;
(5) In the case where the fact that User does any illegal act and/or improper act proves;
(6) In the case where any error, omission or false entry exists in his/her application form;
(7) In the case where User violates any provisions of These Terms;

5-2. AdAsia does not both reissue the Coupon-Code and respond in User’s damage arising from the cancelation of his/her Coupon-Code to him/her.

Article 6. (Exclusion of Liability)

6-1. Right of final decision about right and wrong of using the Coupon-Code attributes to Vision. If Vision does not permit User to use the Coupon-Code, AdAsia does not have any duty to indemnify the User for profit that is supposed to seize from using of the Coupon-Code.

6-2. When User changes flight, schedule, arrival place, etc. of the Designated-Ticket, User changes the flight, etc. by the method which ANA specifies. Therefore, if the User is not able to use the Coupon-Code, AdAsia assumes no liability for any damages of the User.

6-3. When User changes date of use of NINJA WiFi, place of reception of Wi-Fi router, etc., User changes his/her subscription of NINJA WiFi by the method which Vision specifies. Therefore, if the User is not able to use the Coupon-Code, AdAsia assumes no liability for any damages of the User.

Article 7. (Treatment of Input Information)

7-1. AdAsia is able to use information that User input at the time of application (hereinafter referred to as “User Information”) for the purpose of operation or offer of the Service only.

7-2. AdAsia does not disclose or offer User Information to any third party; provided, however, that this shall not apply to the following.
(1) In the case where AdAsia provides the information to ANA and/or Vision in connection with issuing and using of Coupon-Code;
(2) In the case where User has agreed with disclosing or offering;
(3) In the case where the information is disclosed or offered as masked data;
(4) In the case where disclosing or offering is permitted in laws, ordinance, etc.;
(5) In the case where disclosing or offering is requested based upon laws, ordinance, etc.;
(6) In the case where AdAsia delegates some or all of the Service to any third party for the purpose of providing the Service;

7-3. AdAsia manages and uses information which falling under “Personal Information” defined in the law of “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” of Japan based upon “ANA Privacy Policy”. However, AdAsia does not warrant or guarantee that the Personal Information leakage, disappearance, falsification and so on will be perfectly prevented.

7-4. AdAsia is able to send information related to any service which AdAsia provides to User by using of Personal Information, preference information, etc., and the User shall acknowledge and agree to the usage of information.

Article 8. (Important Notice from AdAsia)

8-1. In the case where AdAsia gives important notice of the Services to User, the method of notice should be by sending of E-mail at his/her E-mail address of section 3-3 or other method that AdAsia considers as being adequate.

8-2. In the case where User does not receive important notice from AdAsia arising from the breach of change the setting related to E-mail address of section 3-4, AdAsia accepts no liability for any damage of the User arising from inability of receive the notice.

8-3. In the case where User does not protest against the important notice of this article within a time frame that AdAsia set, AdAsia deems that User has agreed to the notice without any dissent at the declaration day.

Article 9. (Interruption of the Service)

9-1. AdAia temporarily interrupts all or part of the Service because of 1) occurrence of Convulsion of nature, etc., 2) maintenance of server(s) and/or system of the Service, and/or 3) occurrence of other emergency situation, etc.

9-2. In the case where AdAsia finds it difficult to continue providing the Service because of ongoing of the situation of previous section, AdAsia is able to terminate the Service even when the time frame of the Campaign.

9-3. In the case where the Service is terminated because of the reason of previous section, the issued Coupon-Code sould be still available to use; provided, however, that this shall not apply to the case where Vision refuses to use the Coupon-Code.

Article 10. (Jurisdiction/Governing Law)

10-1. These Terms and other terms and/or guidelines related to the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Japan.

10-2. In the case where dispute among User and AdAsia arises association with These Terms, both AdAsia and User agree that Tokyo district court shall have competent and exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.

10-3. Dispute relevant to Designated-Ticket shall be resolved by ANA and the User based upon the Terms of ANA, and dispute relevant to use of NINJA WiFi shall be resolved by Vision and the User based upon the terms of Vision.
Therefore, AdAsia accepts liability only for providing necessary information and/or for doing other necessary cooperation to resolve the dispute.

10-4. AdAsia provides User with translations of the Japanese language version of These Terms. User shall agree that the translations shall be provided for his/her convenience only, and that the Japanese language version of These Terms will govern relationship between AdAsia and User.

Article 11. (Change of These Terms)

11-1. AdAsia is able to change These Terms without any prior notice toward User.

11-2. In the case where AdAsia changes These Terms, AdAsia is able to conclude at the time of sending notice by the method of Article 8 and completion of uploading and displaying on the WEB Site of the Service.
